Working with Schools
Our Aim
At H2Grow, we work with pupils who have an EHCP and/or additional needs and who are finding school challenging.
We work closely with each pupil to identify and overcome barriers to learning, build trusting relationships and deliver learning in a way that meets their individual needs. We focus on EHCP outcomes, developing resilience and building confidence in managing learning and educational demands.
We also work collaboratively with schools to achieve shared outcomes and support successful reintegration into school or transition to a more suitable setting. This may include targeted work with teaching assistants or 1:1s with the pupil at our site.

Slippers on Site - we enjoy being comfortable, if your pupil would like to change shoes when they arrive, this will be supported!
Pricing
Our fees start from £50 per hour, with personalised quotes based on each pupil’s individual needs.
